Now there are some exceptions. If you’ve been working in an industry for many years, and have a specific pain point you are so deeply ingrained into, then yes, maybe you can start there.

Is this customizable? How flexible are these agents?
Of course, our main goal is to provide you with the "framework" and the "base" you can start building on. Then, on top of all these workflows, you can begin creating your own solutions.
What software do I need to build it?
We'll give you different options for different use cases. The "brain" or the "engine" is usually built on Voiceflow. The connections and management are done through 1Prompt - you can use your own HighLevel account. Or you can use other tools that I'll mention on the workshop.
How much it costs to run the omni-channel agent?
It's a very broad question - depending on the use case and the volume of requests. You should ask this question during the workshop and provide more details so that Eugene can answer it. It can range from $40 to $200 a month.
What are the channels I can connect it to?
It's a voice + text based framework. So for the voice it's pretty straightforward - you connect it to a number, but for text you can connect to a website (using Live Chat), WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, SMS and Email.
